Albert C. Garcia

Albert C. Garcia, beloved husband, father, son and brother, passed away at the age of 61 on Sunday, October 12th, 2014. He was born on March 11th, 1953 in San Antonio, TX where he lived his entire life.

He is survived by his wife JoAnn Garcia, Daughter Michelle Garcia, son Albert Garcia Jr., mother Hermina Garcia, brother Gus Garcia and sister Belinda Garcia.

He graduated from Harlandale High School in 1971 and followed with a very successful career in sales working for Pepsi Cola, Procter & Gamble and most recently Mattress Firm.

He was an avid fisherman and hunter but mostly loved having a great time with family and friends. Devoted to his family, he worked hard each day of his life to provide for them and always put family first.

He was a man of his word and could always be counted on for a helping hand, guidance, a good laugh or anything someone needed from him. He was a friend to anyone he met and was loved by all those he encountered. To many, he was a jokester, but more than anything he was simply a great man.

He will be greatly missed by everyone who was fortunate enough to know him.

Visitation will begin on Wednesday, October 15th from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Porter Loring Mortuary, 1101 McCullough, SA TX 78212.
