Alex was born prematurely on March 12, 1997 at just 1lb. 6 oz. Meticulously cared for by his mother for many years, they overcame many hurdles so they could enjoy life as a family.
Alex loved running with his mother, playing music with his father, family gatherings, reading books, holidays, movies, his beautiful dogs and especially his smartphone. Alex loved everyone without prejudice and without judgment and during his short life; he showed us what innocence and pure love truly means.
Alex is survived by his parents, Carla Aurora Villarreal and Darrin Charles Cheraso as well as his younger sister, Lauren Elizabeth Cheraso, his grandparents, Porfirio and Sylvia Villarreal and Salvatore and Maureen Cheraso.
