Andrea Trevino

Andrea Trevino, age 66, passed away on Monday, May 1, 2023, in Schertz, TX. She was born on April 16, 1957, in Harlingen, TX, to Maria Rita Rocha and Jose Angel Montez. Andrea had a career as a Certified Dietary Manager in the Nursing Home industry for over 40 years. She cared for the elderly, serving their dietary needs, with compassion and great love. Andrea gained the love and support of her coworkers and residents for her caring approach to those most in need. Andrea enjoyed thrifting, baking, and spending time with her family. She was an incredible faithful woman of God everyday of life. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose, and Maria Montez; sister, Margarita Rosales; and brothers, Fernando Montes and Raymondo Montes. Andrea is survived by her husband, Juan G. Trevino; children, John Trevino, Jr. (Kathy), Rosendo A. Trevino, Belinda T. Saldana (David) and Valerie T. Herrera (Juan); grandchildren, Lilian, Megan, Matthew, Elizabeth, Vincent, Elijah, Moses, Joseph, Rachel, Benjamin, Isaias, Sarah, Steven, Sean, Stacy, Simon, Juliana, and Izaiah; great-grandchildren, Michael, Juan Carlos, and Layla.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
