Angel Kealiiauka Zatarain

Angel K. Zatarain, entered into eternal rest on February 24, 2024, in San Antonio, TX. Mr. Zatarain was brought into this world on September 25th, 1971 to his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert and Myra Zatarain. Angel was always a loving and devoted family man. His family was his heart and soul. A great husband and father to his wife and to his two sons. He was an even greater grandpa to his only granddaughter Amery Reign. He was an extremely hard-working man and did everything he could to take care of his employees. He was also a great mentor and friend to his employees. He was an avid sports fan between baseball and football of course playing for a few teams in his younger years. He had a big heart of gold. He was one of the most generous people that anyone could have by their side. He was a helping hand to anyone that needed it. He enjoyed family gatherings, barbequing, and cooking.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Myra Zatarain; grandparents, John & Elsie Zatarain; aunts, Rosa Zatarain & Theresa Zatarain; uncles, Angel Zatarain & John Zatarain and nephew, Noah Mungia.

Mr. Zatarain is survived by his; wife, Diane Zatarain; sons, Brandon Zatarain (Selena), Cameron Zatarain (Adrianna); granddaughter, Amery Zatarain; Father, Gilbert Zatarain; Mother- in- law Pauline Martinez (Richard); Agustin & Jeannette Mungia; Sister- in-laws & Brother- in- laws, nieces and nephews, aunts and an uncle. He will be truly missed by family and Friends.

A visitation for Angel will be held Thursday, March 7, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237. A rosary will occur Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 7:00 PM, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237. A funeral mass will occur Friday, March 8, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church, 102 Lorenz Road, San Antonio, Texas 78209. An interment will occur Friday, March 8, 2024 at Sunset Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, Texas 78218.
