My prayers and thoughts are with you in this time of grief.

Her crazy laugh; our love of mexican food; that twinkle in her eyes; her bond with her children; her accent she always thought I had one...; her deep faith; her clarity; but most of all her friendship. she will NEVER be forgotten by me. she made me a better person.

My deepest condolences to the family of Anne Simonson as I knew her while working at Valero from 1986 to 1997. She was a gracious and kind individual ready with a smile. May you all eventually have peace through our Lord and cherish the memories of Anne.

Christina & Oscar, if there was one thing that defined your mother, it was the way in which she loved you both. I will always remember coming to school each morning to get ready for the day knowing that you both were waiting patiently with your mom until the day officially started at 7:45. You were so blessed to have a mom that could be there for you as often as she was - before and after school. That's what I remember about your mom. Take those memories with you & hold onto them. Dear Oscar, Christina & Oscar Jr., 
Although we didn't have the opportunity to really get to know Anne, the little time that I had to share with her, she was such a joy! She always seemed to be happy and joyful. I enjoyed our daily conversations and will miss calling and reporting to her. Please know that our deepest sympathies are with you and you are in our daily prayers.

Though sorrow fills my heart, I am comforted with the assurance of God's promises for His children. Anne was a true child of God; He knew her heart; She knew Him well. My prayers are with her family. May God bless and keep each and every one of you.

Oscar, Martha Beth and I are so sorry about Ann's death. We pray that all darkness will pass and that your love and fond memories of her will endure forever.

I wanted to say that I thought the world of Anne, and it horribly saddens me to think that I will never be able to see her again; she was the kindest person with the biggest heart. I know that she would have given anything to anyone who wanted it; everyone loved her, and I know for sure that she was the best mom, wife, and daughter anyone could have asked for. My mom was her best friend, and she loved her like a sister. Even though I can not be there at the funeral, I want the family to know that my thoughts and prayers will be, and I will always miss her.

Oscar and Family: The little time that I spoke with Anne I felt like I knew her and could see her smiling face as she laughed when setting up all of our depositions for you. I knew I could count on her every time I called to get everything taken care of. Well, now she can count on us to pray for her and make her journey as peaceful as anyone can be. I shall not forget Anne and i will still continue to work with you in the future as Anne would want.

Anne was a very special person. She always saw the good in everyone and everything. She loved her family very much. Her children were so very important to her. She was a true friend. I will miss her dearly. I will always remember her for always being there when I needed a friend to talk to. She is now with our Lord and shines her smile down upon us. Christina-always remember that your mother was very proud of you. Little Oscar-You were her precious son. Oscar-You were the man that had her heart. I hope you will find peace and that things go well for you all.

Now you have passed to a better life, Anne. I heard family talked about you many times, always something good: you were so given to everyone, always. I met you twice: in church many years ago when Jose and Mariel got their confirmation, and in later years at my daughter's house celebrating her baby shower. you were sitting there, like an angel, I noticed the goodness in your face that was not unnoticed by God...that's why you are no longer with us.
