Annemarie Walson Murillo died at the age of 37 on February 24, 2004, after a 5 year battle with breast cancer. She was born in Santpoort, The Netherlands, on July 20, 1966. Her father, Frederick Walson, and a nephew, Christopher Walson, preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband, Wm. Douglass McCoy and his 5 children, and her daughters, Carlie and Hanna Murillo. Other family members surviving and living in San Antonio include sister Jose Silvester, her husband Lou Silvester, and their children, Brandon, Eva, and Conrad. Living in Califon, New Jersey, her mother, Annie, sister, Marina Strub, and Marina's children, Ellen, Zachary, and Rachel Strub. Living in Princeton, NJ; brother, Erik-Jan Walson and his wife Deborah, and their children Cecile, Sinclair, Margaux, and Adelaide Walson. She will be remembered by countless who have encountered her in this very short lifetime, for her smile, her charm and her integrity. She taught many to play tennis, to develop integrity, and to live life with a simple honesty and love.
