Arlene was born on September 22, 1937 in San Antonio, Texas, to Anthony and Erna Marotta. She graduated from Providence High School in 1955 and worked for the Bexar County Tax Assessor's Office.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Arlene is survived by her son Reuben Salazar; daughters, Rosario Zarb-Cousin, and Gracie Sekula; grandson, Zachary Salazar and numerous other relatives and friends.
She was a great mother and will truly be missed.
