

Aron Michael Sekula, 49, passed away suddenly on Monday, March 14, 2022 in Telluride, CO, while on a trip with family and friends that he so dearly loved. Aron was a devoted son, husband, father, brother, uncle, and best friend who was always there to lend a hand or share a laugh, in tough times and in good.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Sekula, in memory of whom he and his family founded and competed in the Raymond Sekula Annual Fishing Tournament in Port Aransas, Texas. Aron is survived by and will be greatly missed by his wife of 22 years, Jennifer Jill Sekula; daughters Ally Rae Sekula and Haley Catherine Sekula; Mother Janette Sekula; siblings Todd, Lisa, Rene, Jason and sister-in-law Olivia Sekula; and nephews and niece Tyler, Kara and Cody.
Born in San Antonio, Aron graduated from St. Gerard Catholic School and earned his degree from Texas State Technical College. He was a leader and loyal colleague at Five Star Electric for 26 years, most recently as Vice President of Engineering.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 26, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM at Porter Loring North Chapel. Following the service, join in a Celebration of Arons Life at the Petroleum Club of San Antonio, 8620 N. New Braunfels Avenue, Suite 700, San Antonio, Texas 78217.
