He is preceded in death by his brother Cirilo Cuellar, parents Lina & Benito Cuellar.
Arturo Sr., is survived by his loving wife Francisca A. Cuellar, children; Isabelle Ramirez, Sylvia Sanchez(David), Arturo Cuellar Jr.(Diana), Cynthia Miranda (Raymond), sister Andrea Yruegas , grandchildren; Stephannie, Monica, Melissa, Chris, Eric, Jon-Luc, Xachary, Noah, Aries, great grandchildren; Arianna, Isaiah, Serena, Raelyn, Ariana, Maia, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Resurrection at St. Clare Catholic Church with interment to follow in San Fernando Cemetery III.
