He is preceded in death by his parents, Ynes and Antonia Olvera; beloved wife, Dora L. Olvera son, Tony Olvera; and great-grandson, Zayne Zamora.
He is survived by his children, Augie Olvera (Esther), Rick Olvera (Sylvia), Cynthia Gamez (Richard), April Olvera (Jay); and daughter-in-law Monica Olvera; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Monday, February 20, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Trevino Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 11:00 am at St. Peter Fisherman Catholic Church with interment to follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
