Belia is survived by her daughter, Bernadette Emanuel; siblings, Guadalupe Herrera, Irene Smith, Hope Dugenske (Harold), Gloria Zanmorano (Pedro), Linda Bader; grandchildren, John Aaron King, Adrian J. Espinosa, Devin J. Espinosa; great grandchildren, Emilia, Kristen, Juan, Belia, Jak, and her nieces, nephew, and cousins. Graveside services will take place at Sunset Memorial Park on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at 11:00 am.
