Bernard was a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School, San Antonio College and a longtime member of Congregation Agudas Achim.
Bernie was active in the Hebrew Free Loan, B'nai B'rith, and was a Hadassah Associate.
Mr. Rosin was also the owner of Bimbi Manufacturing in San Antonio, TX.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Rose Edith; children, Rosalyn of San Antonio, and Jeffery and his wife, Vinetta, of Helotes; grandchildren, Berco and Meliora; as well as many extended family and friends.
