Betty Evans Parker, age 90, passed away on Sunday, May 23, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on February 21, 1931, in Mobile, Alabama to Mary Kuffskie and Newman A. Evans. Betty was the consummate wife, mother grandmother and great grandmother. A memorial service will be held at 1030 on 19 June 2021 at Stone Oak Church, 20024 Crescent Oaks, San Antonio TX, 78258. A funeral service followed by interment at Mobile Memorial Gardens, Mobile Alabama on 10 July at 1000. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold B. Parker, Sr, and her son, H. Blake Parker Jr. Betty is survived by her son, Keith B. Parker (Teresa); Grandchildren, Corey B. Parker; Carmen B. Bojanowski (Sean); Brian K. Parker (Desiree); David W. Parker (Shawna) and nine great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your local Meals on Wheels organization.
