Billy Patrick Byrne passed away Friday, February 13, 2015 at age 87 in San Antonio, Texas. Born on December 13, 1927 and raised by Chase and Mary Louise Byrne. Billy attended Central Catholic High School in San Antonio, Texas then Texas A&M University in College Station. He married Patricia Marie Seewald May 17, 1948. Bill retired from Southwestern Bell after 35 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years and son Stephen Patrick Byrne in 2013.
He is survived by daughters, Sandra Dobry Taylor, Susan Byrne; and daughter - in - law Penny Byrne; grandchildren, Shawn McDaniel, Paul and Laura Byrne, and Susanne and Pierce Ruple; great grandsons, Mason McDaniel, and Stephen Byrne.
