I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing. Timothy 4:7-8 On July 25th, 2024 Blanca Estela Manueles, age 36, went to be with the Lord peacefully in her home while surrounded by family and friends. She was born on October 20th,1987 in San Antonio, Texas to Jose Flores and Estela Montalvo. On May 19th, 2008 she gave her heart in marriage to Marvin Manueles. She was blessed with one girl, and four boys who she deeply loved and dedicated her life to nurturing. Her oldest son Sergio said it best… Blanca was the light and energy of the family. She always had the ability to make anyone smile. Her laughter filled the room, her humor was contagious, and most importantly her joy was felt by all. These are all distinctive attributes that her beautiful mother ingrained in her since childhood, and now they have reunited in heaven. She was indeed what the word of the Lord calls a virtuous woman: Clothed with strength and dignity, who laughed without fear of the future. When she spoke, her words were wise, and her life was filled with kindness. That kindness brought salvation and freedom of heart and mind to many. Although no one will ever be able to fill the void she left behind, the fruit of her life will speak of God's goodness through generations. A deep genuine love for the Lord, and family were her greatest passions. Blanca is survived by her father, Jose Flores, whom was her inspiration and lifeline; her husband, Marvin Manueles whom she referred to as ‘Mi Amor’, her five children, Sergio, Marvin, Luis Francisco, Estela and Juan Carlos Manueles; her brothers, Juan Flores, Jose Flores, Honorio Flores and Simone Flores ; her sister's Leticia and Angelica, and brother-in-laws Joel Hernandez, and Gerardo Molina, and her spiritual mother, Angela Williams. Along with a host of nieces and nephews and friends who will forever cherish her.
