Brandon Joseph Jocz, 42, of Manchaca, TX, passed away on 12 April 2024 at the Villas of Marbridge.
Brandon was born at the 97th General Hospital in Frankfurt am Main, West Germany to Peggy Ann (Bartels) Jocz and Richard Joseph Jocz on 3 October 1981, spending the next eight months in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. He lived most of his life in San Antonio, TX and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School.
Brandon is survived by sisters Kristin E. Jocz and Kourtney A. Cline, her husband Timothy E. Cline and nephew Henry R. Cline, and his parents Peggy A. and Richard J. Jocz, all of San Antonio, TX.
He was a wonderful, loving son and brother and had a positive influence on many people. He smiled and laughed often, bringing joy to those around him. He enjoyed Country Western music, playing his keyboard, being with family, and traveling. Brandon loved being in the water, whether in a pool, at Lake Buchanan or at the coast. He was a great traveling companion, visiting the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Lichtenstein, Switzerland, East and West Germany and East and West Berlin. He loved living at Marbridge where he was extremely well cared for and loved, making many new friends.
Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 PM on 4 Jun 2024 at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on 5 June 2024 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, TX, Shelter #4. Arrangements are by Sunset Funeral Home.
Memorials may be given to The Villas at Marbridge, 2504 Bliss Spillar Road, Manchaca, TX 78652-4409.
