Brian served in the US Navy as a flight crew member of a P-3 Orion sub hunter and participated in defensive measures during Operation Desert Storm.
Brian was an entrepreneur and was the owner of an IT consultant and sales business, DatumPoint, LLC. He had an enthusiasm for technology. Brian’s passion transcended beyond his work into his character and hobbies. He was known by many; his presence left an impact on his family and friends.
He was the husband of Danielle Lee Cabral for 19 years and had two sons: Collin Michael Cabral and Sean Ryan Cabral.
He enjoyed adventure, and was passionate about technology, skydiving, skiing, scuba diving, and traveling. He was a strong teacher and coach. He also loved cooking. His passions were passed down to his sons, Collin and Sean.
He is survived by his sons, Collin Michael Cabral and Sean Ryan Cabral; parents, Ernest “Gip” and Elaine Theresa Cabral; girlfriend of 10 years, Elizabeth Pitts; brothers, Kevin James Cabral, Ken Joseph Cabral, Eric Alan Cabral, Jason David and wife Katherine Cabral, as well as 10 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to a cause close to their hearts.

A Rosary will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 11:30am, with a Funeral Mass to follow.
Interment services will be held at a later date at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
