He was a graduate of Reagan High School and a senior at Texas Tech. He was studying finance and economics and had a passion for writing and art. At the age of 4 he became an avid baseball player.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald and Minerva Howard and Evelyn and Leo Paul Bruehl.
Brian is survived by his parents, Phil and Cindi Howard; sister, Krista Jauregui and husband Mark; niece, Michelle Jauregui and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 30, 2011, at Porter Loring Mortuary North Chapel.
