Carl Clement Campbell, age 89, passed away Friday, July 3, 2015 in Boerne, Texas. He was born on March 3, 1926 to Leo & Ella Campbell in Massac County IL. He was a proud WWII U.S. Navy veteran. He was also a farmer, Electrical Engineer and co-owner of Mother Earth Early Childhood Development. He attended the University of Illinois and the American Television Institute of Technology in Chicago, IL. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great grandfather and friend who will be dearly missed.
Mr. Campbell was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Lucille Campbell; parents; and granddaughter, Amanda Vossler.
Survivors include his beloved daughter, Annette Luzius & husband, John; grandson, Larry Vossler; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and niece, Nancy Beal.
Visitation will start at 2:00 pm, with funeral services at 3:00 pm., Thursday, July 9, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Shockley officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
