It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Carl Henry Hunt Jr., age 41, of San Antonio, TX, on December 24, 2024. Born on September 16, 1983, in San Antonio, Carl was an adventurous spirit with a heart of gold. He was a loving husband, father, son, and friend, and his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Carl’s infectious sense of humor, quick wit, and ability to make those around him laugh will be dearly missed. He was a passionate sports fan, with unwavering loyalty to his favorite teams, the San Antonio Spurs and the New York Giants. Whether it was watching a game or discussing sports with friends and family, Carl’s enthusiasm was contagious.
Carl leaves behind his beloved wife, Amanda, and his children: Cory, Carl III, Kaeli, Brooklyn, Brandon, Benjamin, and Bryson, who he cherished deeply. Carl's legacy will live on through his children, and he will always be remembered for the love and laughter he brought to their lives.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Irene Orcasitas Hunt, whose memory he held dear.
Carl will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his love and light will continue to guide us.
