Carlton Freddie

He was born in Daisetta, TX, on September 15, 1943, to Peter and Lelma Freddie. He grew up in Losoya, TX, and graduated from Southside High School.

Carl was a good friend to the many customers he served for over 41 years at Blue Ribbon Tire Company.

Carl leaves an incredible legacy of love, kindness, generosity, friendship, and laughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He is adored and survived by his loving wife Sue Freddie; a daughter, Valerie Sue Heimer and husband Gary Wayne; a son, Scott Anthony Freddie and wife Royce Lynn; a granddaughter, Avery Faith Heimer; a grandson, Cole Devin Freddie; his mother-in-law, Johnie Love Anthony; 3 sisters, Barbara Freddie, Annette Blackstock and husband Bo, and Dianna Rall and husband John; 5 brothers, Jimmie Freddie and wife Helen, Leon Freddie and wife Gladys, Peter Freddie and wife Lucy, Bobby Puffin and wife Beth, and David Freddie and wife Vicky; and numerous nieces and nephews.

We wish to extend our gratitude to Dr. Steven P. Kalter and staff at the CTRC, Dr. George Mimari, Dr. Mary Beth Harr, and Dr. Kwame Obeng at the Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital, and the team at VITAS Hospice Care for their attentive care.
