She loved to read, watch her favorite television program, Jeopardy, spend time with her family, and loved to eat breakfast at Nichas restaurant.
She was a dedicated housewife and the greatest mother a child could ever have. Her sons were truly blessed.
Mrs. Martinez was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 55 years, Pablo M. Martinez and her sister, Lily Gonzales. She is survived by her sister, Frances Vidaurri and her sons and daughters-in-law, Edward and Margie Martinez, Rudy and Elizabeth Martinez, Thomas and Margie Martinez and Paul and Elida Martinez; also 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
Pallbearers are: James Martinez, Thomas Martinez, Jr., Eliseo DeHoyos Jr., Rudy Martinez, Jr., Homer Gonzales, Jr., and Arthur Parras. A special thanks to the staff of Memorial Medical Nursing Home and Vista Care Hospice.
