Cecil Lawrence Mike Burk went to be with the lord on February 05, 2015 at the age of 93. He was an exceptional man who served in the United States Air Force, World War II, Korean War, and Vietnam. He enjoyed socializing with his family, telling stories of all kinds. He loved reading, camping, fishing, and doing yard work. He was a member of South San Baptist Church and will be truly missed.
He is preceded in death by his daughter: Sunday Sue Zavala. He is survived by his loving, devoted wife, Patricia Burk of 61 years; 2 children: Linda (William) Streeter and Michael Burk; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Family will meet at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery for a graveside service to begin on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 9:45 AM.
