'I also worked with Charles during the 1980s at Kelly. When I was a new inventory manager he was always willing to provide excellent training and guidance. He was a master at his job and well respected. He was responsible for management of important life support equipment and his dedication and hard work directly contributed to the safety of others. More than all this, though, he was a friend who always made me laugh. When I was under stress he would always tell me "Jeffrey, ABC--always be cool." May God richly bless Charles and your family.'

We met again at Kelly AFB where he was an Item Manager and I was an International Affairs Specialist, we would see each other on a daily basis. I know that he will be missed.
