Charles Robert Watley, age 87, passed away May 23, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born in Barter, Arkansas on January 10, 1930. He is survived by his wife Doris Watley; children, David James Watley, Stephen Charles Watley, Mark Robert Watley and Nancy Ann Oehlert; 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Northwest Church of Christ, 9681 W. 1604 North at Braun Road. A graveside service will be conducted at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery on June 5, 2017 at 11:15 A.M. with U.S. Army military honors.
