Christine was born on May 23, 1947, in San Antonio, Texas to Porfirio and Delfina Diaz. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend who lived a life devoted to faith, family, and service. Christine was the proud mother of five children, and her love and commitment to her family were central to everything she did.
She married Raymond R. Muniz on October 10, 1965, in their hometown, where together they built a beautiful life filled with love and dedication. Christine and Raymond were active members of Cornerstone Church for more than 40 years, where they also served as Bible study leaders for 13 years, helping others deepen their faith.

She managed the station for eight years, breaking barriers and setting an inspiring example for others. She managed four rental properties and worked as a loan originator, among other ventures.
She devoted 10 years to the Northside Independent School District, where she worked as a bus monitor and retired after a fulfilling career. Her care and kindness left a lasting impact on the children and families she served.
Her dedication extended beyond her professional life. Christine was a steadfast follower of Christ, and her strong Christian values were a guiding force in her life, which she passed on to her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and everyone she encountered. Her faith was a source of strength and comfort to her and her family, and she cherished the opportunity to serve others.
Christine is preceded in passing by her parents Porfirio and Delfina Diaz, her brother Lemuel Diaz, her sister Esther Tamez, her grandson Raymond Jacob Muniz, and her grandson Joshua Daniel Muniz.
