Christine Margaret Weeks

Christine was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 52 years, Colin George McQueen Weeks; daughter Sarah Beatrice Hoffman; and grandson Darrell Keith Seeger.

She is survived by daughters Mary (and Marc) Rosenthal, Barbara (and Ed) Bailey, son Tim (and Pat) Weeks; granddaughter Rachel Hoffman; step grandchildren, Marco (and Mavelyn) Rosenthal, Josh Rosenthal, Kelley Bailey, Cathryn Bailey (and Angeles), Monica (and Curtis) Bickers, Alissa Bailey, and Stephanie Bailey; and step great-grandchildren Dylan, Siboney, and Maya Rosenthal, and Bailey and Alison Bickers.

She worked for the Royal Mail Line in London before becoming a Royal Navy wife and mother. She was a longtime member, and one-time Regent, of the Flora McDonald Chapter of the Daughters of the British Empire. Her many friends and family will miss her life, laughter, love and wit.

A Memorial Service was held on April 28th at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in San Antonio, TX at 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, family would appreciate donations be made to Cima Hospice or The Daughters of the British Empire. The family is planning a Celebration of Life in Houston, TX, her home of many years, at a later date.
