Cissy currently worked at Lackland AFB DLI for the past six years. She graduated from U.T. in Austin with a BFA, became a noted artist in northern California, a dress designer in New York and Miami and an ESL teacher in Mexico, USA and Eastern Europe.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Bill, with whom she traveled throughout the world; four sisters: Ann Bond, Elizabeth Bond, Peggy Kaiser and Hartel Stout; several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held in Austin on Thursday, 6:30 P.M. at Central Christian Church, 1110 Guadalupe Street, Austin, TX 78701.
