Clarion T.J. Croy

Born on October 8, 1946, in Lansing, Michigan he was the second child of Clarion and Beatrice Croy.

Clarion is survived by his loving and dedicated wife of 56 years, Mary Croy, his daughter Christine Sanders and husband Jason, daughter Courtney Ballesteros and husband Nelson, son Mathew Croy, and grandchildren Sebastian and Sofia Ballesteros.

In his personal time, Clarion enjoyed volunteering at the Humane Society, going to the zoo, working on puzzles and building Legos with his grandkids. In his earlier years he enjoyed golfing, hiking and camping with his family. He was also a proud owner of two dogs, Buffy and April, who brought joy to his life.

Visitation will be held November 11th at Sunset North Funeral Home from 4:00-6:00 pm. A burial service will be held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, located at 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, Texas, on November 12, 2025, from 11:30-11:45. Clarion will be laid to rest at this esteemed location, surrounded by the respect and love of his family and friends.
