

Craig was a man with a vibrant spirit and a deep love for life. He especially loved the color pink, the ocean, surfing, and spending time at the beach. He enjoyed lifting weights, cheering for the Dallas Cowboys, raising clown fish, and sharing his love of cooking with family and friends. Among his favorite Hawaiian dishes to prepare were traditional Lau Lau and Kalua Pork, which brought people together and reflected his island roots and generous heart.
He was preceded in death by his father, Juro Saiki.
Craig leaves behind many who will cherish his memory, including his loving mother, Pastor Harriet Saiki; his brothers, Paul K. Saiki and Todd H. Saiki; his uncle, Herbert Nishimura; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
Craig’s warmth, humor, passions, and love for family will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His memory will continue to live on through the lives he touched and the joy he brought to others.
A Graveside Service will be held at Sunset Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78218, US, on May 29, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
