David is survived by his wife, Karen, his daughter Rebecca Delph, his daughter Samarie Goodman, son-in-law Toby Goodman and grandson Lukas Goodman. David is also survived by his mother Sue Delph, sister Suzanne Gordon, brother Robert Delph, Jr., and sister-in-law Cindy Delph, sister Elizabeth McJunkin and brother-in-law James McJunkin, and numerous nieces and nephews.
David was preceded in death by his father Robert Delph, Sr. David's life was characterized by his steadfast love of family, friends and God.
As a graduate of the Class of 1970 from Alamo Heights High School, David maintained close friendships with the members of his class. David brought many more friends into his life through church, basketball, work and The Gang of East Ethiopia. We will miss him dearly.
