Deanna Lynn (Swinson) Lambert, age 53, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas with family by her side. She was born on February 26, 1969, in Evanston, Illinois to Marilyn Pence and James “Jim” Swinson. She was a Registered Nurse, who did travel nursing throughout the US before settling back in Texas, first in Houston, then Dallas and finally San Antonio. She was a lover of all animals, but especially dogs. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marilyn; father, Jim; and brother, Kevin. Deanna is survived by her stepfather Larry, who came into her life at a very young age and who she lived with at the time of her passing; her siblings: Deborah Evans and husband Rick, Denise Jacobsen, Scott Bork and husband Russell, Kerry Aitken, Karen Barnes and Greg Swinson; numerous nieces and nephews; beloved dogs Maggie and Bailey; and a lifetime of friends.
