Debbie, my BFF, my person and soulmate.  You and I were always there for one another and shared the most beautiful friendship/sisterhood. I want to give my deepest condolences to her husband @ daughters and son.I had the pleasure to play on the same softball team call Casual Affair .She was an awesome ball player ,she played left field @ I played center field we chat @ laugh @ played our best.She was a go getter @ a beautiful soul.I was happy that Debbie @ her husband came to my retirement party,I had invited my softball family we had a great time .2 weeks later I saw her at Linda Silva funeral that was the last time I got to see her.She will be missed I will always treasure her kind words @ her advice.The lord has gain a beautiful angel. First and foremost I send my sincere condolences to Mario and her 3 children, whom she loved with all her heart and soul. I met Debbie when i worked at St Mark’s. Debbie came in so distraught and wanted to talk to the priest, who was not available at that moment. She was in tears and I couldn’t let her go knowing that she was going through a difficult time. I talked to her after introducing myself. What a small world we live in, I went to middle school and high school with her husband Mario… I believe God put us in our path which lead to a friendship that i will forever treasure. Debbie left feeling a lot better than how she came in. We prayed together and I ordered her a prayer blanket, which she loved so much. We talked as often as we could, had dinner as often as possible. Most of all, we always prayed together and kept each other in prayer as well. I am grateful to have been part of her life and with her in her time of illness. Debbie definitely fought the hardest battle and never let her faith go no matter how hard it was. 
Debbie my beautiful beloved friend, you are now where you need to be. Glorifying the Lord. I will always remember the memories we made. You are truly an inspiration to me and others. You have shown me that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. You were the bravest and strongest person I have ever known. Your infectious smile, laughter, enthusiasm, and energy are all the best qualities you have shown and shared with me and others. Strong in faith and the enormous love you had for your family. I love you Debbie and your absence will be missed greatly. Rest in Peace and may perpetual light shine upon you. 🙏🩷🕊️

Wow hard to begin! I met Debbie back around 1974. The NCAA days playing baseball. We were great friends since our younger years. What a remarkable athlete of person. As life went on we tried to keep in touch. She was always active and energetic. in 2001 I remember communicating with Debbie after our second reunion from Thomas Jefferson   High School talking about our new lives and careers. the main thing I remember talking to her about serving the Lord and serving in ministries. She loved the Lord just as well. Through the power of the Holy Spirit i asked the Lord to always watch over her and her family. She talked about having to go through cancer around 6 times since 2001. We started praying every day, week through the death of her father and mom which was real hard on Debbie and her family.  As time went on we prayed about everything. She was an amazing person to know. I enjoyed knowing her through her faith. Debbie was a walking testimony of courage, faith, her ability to encourage so many others through her fight of hope. She endured a ruthless illness and we still prayed three times a day to command all illness to leave  her temple. Through prayer and with other prayers partners helping out through the last 10 years really made it work and helped her through the hardest times of her life physically, emotionally and spiritually. We went several times to the Empty Cross in Kerrville Texas with friends and family to prayer and believe for continued miracles. The greatest memory was about 6 months when we went for the last time. We went in groups to many Christain Concerts. Debbie never complained about losing her ambitions and hopes during all the chemo treatments. i was so thankful for her Husband Mario and all her children that loved her so much. Mario and Debbie really went to several College and NFL football games. Then of course the major league baseball games. Debbie. Debbie you are free from all attacks to your temple. I will never forget your wonderful humble personality and achievements and love you had for life and your family and friends. You are now home glorified in the presence of the Lord. I will always remember your favorite scripture. i can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Phil: 4-13. I will always remember you. Debbie. Thank for never giving up. You have finished your race on earth so go now and rest in peace. You deserve eternal peace. Your brother in Christ John Trevino.

Debbie and Mario have been our neighbors since they married. She always stopped by while running or riding her bike to say hi to us. Saw them for Halloween with kids. Beautiful person so loving and caring to her family and friends. We will miss her. She has earned her wings. 🙏❤️

Debbie was my dear friend of 41 years and my Wonder Woman, she could do it all!  We shared many great times, tough times, laughs, trips, workouts, softball games, and more.  I admired her perseverance to overcome challenges and difficulties while still being joyful,  selfless, supportive, and loving to everyone. I  was inspired by Debbie's faith and devotion to our Lord Jesus Christ and so blessed to have shared faith filled conversations with her not long ago.  Debbie's family meant the world to her and it for them I now pray.  My belief is that our beautiful Debbie is a saint in heaven eternally peaceful and enjoying her reward for a life well lived.  God bless you my dear friend ✝️.

Debbie was a beautiful kind and gentle soul. She brought laughter and joy to everyone she met and knew her! She was loved by so many and will be so missed! My sincere condolences to Benny, Jacqueline, Katie, Mario, Maria and family/loved ones! May God grant you comfort as we all mourn this beautiful and wonderful young woman! She was a good friend of mine and was like a sister to me.  The times spent together were precious and I could talk to her for hours and she was a good listener/would give good advice.  I will miss her so very much!  Fly with the angels beautiful Debbie! Watch over all of us a guardian angel as you are  truly one of God’s angels and we were truly blessed to have you in our life! 😪💔
Olivia Villarreal (aka Dee Dee)

An amazing educator and motivator, she took me under her wings and always wanted to motivate me to be better. As her middle school athlete, at the age of 13, she was my basketball coach. She would pick me up on Saturday from my house to take me to her workouts at Bally’s, where she was the aerobic instructor. Fast forward almost 30 years later, she talked me into going to workout at F45, I couldn’t walk right for days. She always pushed everyone around her to be their best self. Thank you for being so caring, you will be missed.

She was a servant leader to many!  You will be missed!  Our goofy time at a 5k walk/run.
