Desiree Marie Limon

Desiree Marie Limon, age 36, of San Antonio, Texas gained her wings on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 surrounded by her family. Desiree was a woman full of life with a strong will to live, with faith, hope, dreams and love for her family. A true warrior, she faced a courageous 12-year battle against lupus with strength, grace, and unwavering love. She was a loving daughter, mother, sister, niece, aunt, cousin and a friend loved by many. She found great joy in being with her family and devoted herself wholeheartedly to caring for her children. Desiree's life journey, love and inspiration will forever be in our hearts. Her departure has left a huge void in all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and dearly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Desiree is preceded in death by her grandparents, Lucy Ramon, Teresa Garza, David Gomez, 4 uncles, her father Ronnie Limon and numerous loved ones.

She is survived by her husband Joseph Lopez, children, Isaac Garcia Jr. , Siriah Lopez, Angel Rubio Jr., parents, Debra Cano (Rogelio Cano), David Garza, grandfather David Caballero Sr., grandmother Lydia Perez, 6 brothers, 8 sisters, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Visitation for Desiree Marie Limon will be Thursday, June 19, 2025 from 5:00 PM till 10:00 PM, with a rosary being recited at 7:00PM at Trevino funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 20, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Holy Name Catholic Church, 3814 Nash Blvd. San Antonio TX 78223. Services will conclude at the church.
