Diane Marie Tijerina

Diane was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose heart was always centered on her family. She took great pride in working on her home, found joy on the dance floor, especially dancing the Boot Scootin’ Boogie and cherished every moment spent with her children and grandchildren. Her laughter, warmth, and dedication to those she loved will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Tijerina; her parents, Margarita T. and Pedro Lopez; and her brother, Arturo T. Lopez.

Diane is survived by her children, Valerie Hernandez (Daniel), Juan Tijerina Jr. (Tiffany), and Jon Michael Tijerina (Ashley); her grandchildren, Patrick Hernandez, Joshua Hernandez, Maddie Tijerina, Noah Tijerina, Zoey Tijerina, Mikey Tijerina, Shelby Tijerina, Marie Tijerina, and Jaxson Tijerina; her siblings, Tone Lopez, Pedro Lopez Jr., Vicente Lopez, Cres (Cenchito) Lopez, John (Juan) Lopez, Margie Flores (Rudy), and Noemi Narro; as well as numerous extended family members and friends.

Diane’s love, strength, and devotion to her family will live on in the many lives she touched.
