Dolores Nava

Dolores Nava, age 89, of San Antonio, Texas passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. Dolores was born in San Marcos, Texas on March 17, 1932 to Jose and Christina Martinez. She was married to Jose Nava for 52 years. Dolores Nava worked in both manufacturing and hospitality for Levi Strauss, Alameda and Aztec theaters, La Quinta Inn & Suites. Dolores had a passion for family, sewing, home decoration and ornament collecting.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jose Nava, her sister Angelita Martinez Flores, her eldest son Humberto Nava, her brother Cosme Martinez, her daughter Elsa Nava, and her Mother Christina Martinez.

She is survived by sons Carlos Nava, Rosendo Nava and her granddaughter Dorian Emily Nava.

A visitation for Dolores will be held Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237. A rosary will occur Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 7:00 PM. A mass of resrrection will occur Friday, March 11, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St Joseph's Church, 535 New Laredo Hwy, San Antonio, Texas 78211. An interment will occur Friday, March 11, 2022 at San Fernando Cemetery II, 746 Castroville Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237.
