

Donna Jeanne Jackson, age 83, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 16, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas, exactly two months to the day after her beloved husband Robert Falk Jackson’s passing. Born to Mildred Ethel Blair and Otho Clifton Formby on September 19, 1941, in Magnolia, Arkansas, Donna was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who will be greatly missed.
Donna attended high school in Spring Hill, LA and graduated in 1959. Upon graduating high school, she attended TWU obtaining an associate’s degree in speech. She taught Ballet, tap, and jazz for many years. She rescued many cats, gave them love, attention, and the greatest of lives. She was truly a lover of all animals. Her final wish is that she brought more awareness to Multiple Myeloma (Blood/Bone) Cancer through her long-fought battle. As the numbers continue to rise, it was her hope that more research would be dedicated to this incurable Cancer.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents and husband. She is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Morrill and Lisa Urbick (Kevin); son, Rex Oates (Natalie); grandchildren, Kristifer (Kristian), Hayley, Trinity, Doug, Thomas, and Bradley; Great grandchildren, Hunter, Soraya, and Seeley; sister, Dianagayle; and many other extended family members, her cats, and Iris her dog.

Donna’s son-in-law, Kevin Urbick, will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to MMRF- Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.
