Donna May Lockwood entered eternal rest on February 14, 2018 at the age of 97. Born in O’Neil, Nebraska on May 16, 1920 to Walter and Edna (Adamson) Schutz; she now reunites with her parents, husband of 77 years, Theodore Lockwood, and son Brent Lockwood. She is survived by her son Mark Lockwood; grandchildren: Joshua (Suzanne) Lockwood, Rebecca (Bill) Shedderick, Sarah (Zachary) Renfro; great-grandchildren: Patrick, Haley, Gabriel, Jacob, David, Eli, and Hatcher. Donna enjoyed spending time volunteering with different organizations. She was a VFW Chaplain and vice president of the Women’s Group, member of the Gem and Mineral Club in Austin and drove a handicapped school bus. She also assisted the Hudson Bend Fire Department as a dispatcher, but her most memorable times were spent camping and with family. The family invites guests to join them for a memorial service at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery on Friday, March 23, 2018 at 1:30 p.m.
