Dorothy was a spry 97-year-old. She had such a knack for fashion and always staying up with the latest trends. She worked at Bergdorf in New York and then worked for Saks 5th Avenue in Florida for over 25 years.
Dorothy lived in Florida for about 50 years and loved playing Mahjong with her friends in Florida at the club house. She was a true friend and always willing to help someone in need and check in on how her many friends were doing. Dorothy has friends that have remained friends since they were in Kindergarten together. A true Jewish Mother- she always wanted to make sure people were fed and was a great cook and loved throwing parties. She loved eating at Max and Louis each week with her family.
When Dorothy was 95 years of age- she was still the “designated driver” for the young 90-year-olds. She was always on the go- shopping and just staying busy. A lady who never slept- she never wanted to miss a moment.
She was truly a gem and was always welcoming to those she met. Dottie will always be missed by all those that she met.
My Mother, my friend, our Nana- you will truly be missed here on earth!
