She was preceded in death by her husband John Dee Moore in 1999. She is survived by her daughters Jacquelin Dickey and husband Ed of San Antonio and Allyson Ross and husband Rusty of St. Simon's Island, Ga. She was especially loved and will be sadly missed by her 7 grandchildren as well as numerous family members.
She is remembered for her faith and cheerful spirit that she freely shared as friend, mother, and wife. "Maxine," as she was known to her friends, loved cooking, caring for her home and was a Chicago Cubs fan. Her faith in God was central to her life and she was always a good neighbor in every way to all who knew her.
