He was a talented carpenter and woodworker.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dolores Guldi; stepmother, Audrey Newcomer; and father-in-law, Bob Stearns.
He is survived by his sons, Clint Chandler and wife, Krista of San Antonio, Jesse Chandler and Lupe Aquino of Leon Springs, and Lance Chandler of Austin; former wife, Mary Ann Stearns Chandler of Boerne, grandson, Tristan Chandler of Leon Springs; father, Earl M. Chandler, Sr. of San Antonio; step-father, Art Guldi; sisters, Linda Guldi, and Jeanette Bedford and husband, Bill of San Antonio; brothers, Billy Chandler and wife, Helga of San Antonio, and James Malone; mother-in-law, Catherine Stearns of Boerne, numerous nieces and nephews.
