Edward Baker, age 62, passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2018, in San Antonio. He graduated from Southside High School in 1975. Edward loved his animals, family and friends, gardening, fishing, cooking, playing cards, country and western music, and having a good time.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Houston Baker; and his beloved dogs, Sharkie and Duke.
Edward is survived by life-long friend, Bradley L. Melton; mother, Annie DeReese (Larry); siblings, Roy Baker (Leslie), Edna Hild (Russell), Gary Baker (Becky), Tommy Baker, Carol Ann Barlow (Jon), Donny Baker, Debbie Baker Kirchner, Darryl Baker, Jeff DeReese (Dianna), Jason DeReese; beloved friends, Joanne Cockrell, Debbie Thornton, Andy Stepanski and many other loving friends and family.
