Edwin Levoy Collins, age 87, passed away on Tuesday, April 23rd in San Antonio. He was born in Rogers, Arkansas to Herman L. Collins and Bertha Wulf. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 21 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mina Collins; brother, Ronnie Collins; sister, Virginia Kaker; and daughter-in-law, Kimberly Collins. He is survived by his daughter, Mina DeLoach and her husband Steven; son, Michael Levoy Collins; grandchildren, Stephanie DeLoach, Sean DeLoach, Brandon Collins and Michael Collins; sister, Carol Owens and her husband Jim; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
