Elisa Rodriguez Galdeano

Elisa R. Galdeano, born on December 23, 1934 in Villa de Santiago, Nuevo Leon, Mexico was called home to be with the Lord, on September 16, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 83. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ruben Galdeano and her parents, Elena Ayalla and Jesus Rodriguez. Elisa is survived by her loving children, Maria Elena Cruse, Elizabeth Herrera, Ruben Galdeano, Edward Galdeano, Frank Galdeano, Lydia Menchaca, Xavier Galdeano, Maria Theresa Compton, Roberto Galdeano, Rebecca Mahoney and Daniel Galdeano; siblings, Armando Rodriguez, Yolanda Ojeda, Isaac Rodriguez, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. The funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 9:30 am on Thursday, September 20, 2018 for a 10:00 am Mass of the Resurrection at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church with Internment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
