Elizabeth was an outstanding and loving mother and sister. She graduated from the University of Kansas and later received her Master's degree from Our Lady of the Lake University.
She taught at Lee High School, Kitty Hawk Junior High School, Saint Mary's Hall, as well as the last 15 years in the Southwest ISD, including Scobee Junior High and McAuliffe Junior High.
Elizabeth was passionate about working with special needs children. She received an award as outstanding teacher of the year.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her son, Harrison Lucas Hallows; daughter, Kimberly Elizabeth Hallows; brother, Raymond H. Lucas and wife Janiece; and three nephews, Sean, Joshua, and R. J. Lucas.
