Eloisa G. Bustamante, age 93, went to be with the Lord on January 17, 2015. She was born on February 10, 1921 to Pedro & Cleofas Gonzalez in Santo Nino, TX. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend who will be dearly missed.
She was married for 61 years and was preceded in death by her husband, Julian Bustamante and nine brothers & sisters.
She is survived by her children, Roberto (Connie) Bustamante, Elsa (Pete) Briseno, Sylvia (Johnny) Felan, Javier (Cynthia) Bustamante; 8 grandchildren, Rick Bustamante, Monica Garcia, Eric Briseno, Jennifer Phillips, Julie Jimenez, Jessica Gonzales, Stephen Bustamante and Sabina Bustamante; 8 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation at 6 p.m., Friday, January 23, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Rosary following at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass at 10 a.m., Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 3107 N. St. Mary’s, San Antonio, TX 78212. Burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church where she was a devoted member for over 65 years.
