Eloise was preceded in death by her father, Charles Perez I; brother, Charles Perez II; nephew, Charles Perez III; mother, Cecelia Perez Wilson and grandson, J. Allan Buchanan.
She is survived by her husband, Alejandro A. Ramon, Sr.; son, Jim C. Buchanan and wife, Suzanne Buchanan; grandson, Michael Buchanan; great-granddaughter, Vanessa Buchanan; niece, Cindy Perez Ducros; step-sons, Alex A. Ramon II and Norbert N. Ramon and step-daughter, Dru Ramon.
Services will begin on Sunday, November 30, 2014 with a Visitation from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Rosary at 6:00 p.m. at Porter Loring on McCullough Ave.
A Mass will be held on Monday, December 1, 2014 at 9:45 a.m. at St. Paul's Catholic Church, 350 Sutton Drive.
Interment will follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
