She will be reunited with her parents; husband, Santiago G. Ramos; baby, Lily Ramos; 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 6 brothers, and 4 sisters.
Eloise is loved and will be missed by her children, Juanita R. Valdez, Santiago G. Ramos Jr., and Blanca R. Fernandez; her 10 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Eloise enjoyed tending to her yard and plants. She was also dedicated to her volunteer work at City of San Antonio Kenwood Senior Center.

A Visitation will be held at Porter Loring Mortuary, 1101 McCullough Ave, on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at the same location.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 4603 St. John’s Way.
Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
