Emeterio Flores, Sr. of San Antonio went to be with our Lord and savior on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at the age of 73. Mr. Flores was born on March 3, 1939 to Dominga Flores and Primitivo Pena. He served in the U.S. Army as a supply manager and fireman from 1956-1959. He spent most of his life serving our Lord as a minister of music preaching and teaching to all who would listen. He is survived by his children: Roger Flores and wife, Estella, Cynthia Groves and husband, Shawn, Debra Westfield and husband, Kenneth, Monica Carmichael and husband, Timothy, Emeterio Flores, Jr. and wife Lenette; mother to his children, Alice Flores; 19 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and his sister, Alicia Benavidez and other relatives. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 18, 2012 at Porter Loring on McCullough.
