Kay is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, David Pizzini; her siblings, Travis and Linda; her children, Kimberly and Clayton; her grandchildren, Hallie Kay and Blake, as well as many relatives and close friends. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Hallie, her parents, WT & Dadie and sisters, Marlene & Nanette.
Kay was a longtime member of Community Bible Church, a 40 year member of Epsilon Sigma Alpha Sorority, a member of Greater San Antonio Quilt Guild, a fantastic artist and an avid quilter. She loved people and getting to know them. She is best remembered as a nurturer, taking care of so many people in her life. Kay was loved by everyone who knew her and will be missed by all whose lives she touched.
